I did not arrive here by staying in one lane.
I trained in undergraduate medicine, took an MD in Internal Medicine, picked up an MBA, completed a UX diploma, kept coaching multiple clients through all this, then added a degree in naturopathic medicine. The mix was not a plan. It was what happened when I followed the questions that one discipline could not answer on its own. Each lens corrected the blind spots of the one before it.

Better questions before better answers, and wider context before any serious decision is made
My work is not to hand people another protocol and call it clarity.
I help patients, readers, clinicians, founders, and collaborators slow the problem down long enough to see its structure.
What is being measured. What is being missed. What the body is adapting to. What the behaviour is solving. What the tool is amplifying. What the system keeps rewarding.
From there, the next step becomes less theatrical and more precise: a clinical pathway, a piece of writing, a video, a health technology decision, a coaching frame, a collaboration, or a conversation that finally names the real problem.
I like to work with individuals when the obvious answer feels too small, when the data is scattered, and when the person in front of us deserves more than a hospital number and a prescription..
